The ideal candidate has a great "can do" attitude with strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.  

A minimum of 3 years experience in mortgage origination is a MUST!!.

• Loan Advisor should have a working knowledge of lending concepts such as debt to income ratios, loan to value percentages, credit, documentation and loan programs
• Loan Advisor must have own client base and outside referral sources.
• Loan Advisor must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Calyx Point.
• Loan Advisor MUST ENJOY WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING.
